Thank you for using Uncomfortable Questions. This document describes how the Uncomfortable Questions application, as may be available on the iOS App Store, the Google Play Store, or any beta testing platform associated with either of these app stores ("the app"), and its creators and developers ("we", "us", "our"), collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our app.

By "App Store", we mean the app store from which you downloaded Uncomfortable Questions — either the iOS App Store, the Google Play Store, or some beta testing platform associated with one of these stores (such as TestFlight).

We will publish any changes to this privacy policy on the listing page on the App Store from which you downloaded the app.

Our privacy practices

The iOS or Android system may automatically collect information and provide it to us. This information includes, but is not limited to, crash logs, the number of times you install or open the app, which in-app purchases you have made, the app's performance and battery usage, which version of the app you are using, which version of your phone's OS you are using, and when you update the app.

In particular, we use information about which in-app purchases you have made to determine which content inside the app you can access.

You can opt-out of this data collection according to Apple's and Google's policies. Some data collection is required for the app to function, such as which in-app purchases you have made.

Aside from data that is automatically collected by the operating system, any information that the app does collect — such as which questions you have added to your favorites — never leaves your device.

Users under 13

The app is not targeted towards users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information through the app from anybody under the age of 13. By agreeing to this privacy policy and using the app, you agree that you are 13 years of age or older.
